Adjustable breast implants

Adjustable breast implants have been gaining much interest lately. This new implant consist of a port that is left exposed afther the surgical implant is inserted under general anaesthesia.

Once impants are inserted, the surgeon can then inflate the implants to the desire size the patients desires. Often times, this can be adjusted over a period of weeks.

The technology allows women who can't decides on the size of their implants to have it implanted first and then decides later.

For the time being however, adjustable implants are only available for saline implants.
